  • Abstract
    Based on the research on customer perceived value, this paper proposed the concept of patient perceived value (PPV) in medical service. Then, we constructed the model of PPV and studied about the function expression of this concept. Finally, we summed up the possible results which patients evaluated the overall value according to their perception.
