Abstract :
Design and stability analysis of an injection-locked frequency divider (FD) by order 2 in microwave band is presented. In this study, behavior of circuit in different input power and input frequency by means of stability analysis is explained. Finally bifurcation loci are calculated. The proposed techniques have been applied to the design of a frequency divider by order 2 operating at 8 GHz.
