Abstract
This paper has performed a systematic analysis of the radar signals under polarimetry, and found that the waveform of radar signals have sound fractal features. Then this paper proved that the structure of multiple scattering centers of radar target by using polarization measure is fractal. So we can utilize the fractal feature for targets recognition
