Abstract
OWL originated in the W3C, is known as a Web ontology language for descriptions. Since February 10, 2004, OWL has been officially recommended as a W3C standard. OWL has the describe logic as the logic-based theory, in the syntax and semantics are integrated to the construction thinking of describe logic. OWL reasoning tools are currently the OWL ontology knowledge base into description logic reasoning.
