Abstract
A two-level inventory control and delivery system is established to describe the equipment supply chain, which is composed of multi-region warehouse and a headquarters warehouse. Regarding the minimum charge of the system as constrain, a Union Economic Order Quantity (UEOQ) model is designed to solve system´s order quality and order times. Several common order strategies are validated by UEOQ, which shows the model´s veracity.
