Abstract :
This paper presents a behavioral model based on SIMULINK for 14-bit 200Ms/s Pipeline ADC. Considering the non-ideal factors such as capacitor mismatch, offset and gain error, this model describes the actual circuits as well as possible. The whole model includes all the prime circuit cells. The MDAC and S/H circuit models are the key components and attract the most attention in this paper. After building the model, simulation results which are including ideal and non-ideal situation are shown in the end of this paper.
