Abstract
In this paper the characteristic function of the lowpass prototype network is spreaded out as even or odd polynomial, and this polynomial is named as the unequiripple function. The characters for the unequiripple function lowpass prototype network is investigated, and the synthesis procedure and analysis procedure are given.
