Abstract :
The selection of VE cooperative partners is a pivotal and complicated issue in the process of the establishment of VE, because it needs to consider not only large amounts of quantitative elements but also many non-quantitative elements such as the efficiency evaluation of VE Partners. According to this phenomenon, from the angle of the efficiency evaluation of VE Partners, we present the C2R model of DEA, for and give an example which in turn proves that DEA method is reasonable, scientific and effective for the cooperative partner selection of VE.
