Abstract :
The gain frequency characteristic and input-output characteristic of microwave vacuum tube were analyzed. That the attenuation frequency characteristic of matched equalizer is not a single curve but a permitted range was expatiated. Normally, averaging the upper limit and lower limit acts as room equalized curve, this should be controlled not to overrun the limit in all different conditions. The rule of equalized curve shift with temperature was concluded from large amount of measured data analysis; the shifts are not symmetry in high temperature and low temperature but complex with many influence factors. Room temperature aberrant equalized curve at some frequency band, where some substructural resonant curves shifted beyond the limit, was designed to considered all-inclusive property at room temperature, high temperature and low temperature. The pre-aberration technology, which needs large amount of design and tuning again and again to get experience, is an effective method in the equalizer design and other similar microwave device design.
