Abstract :
In this study, the ZnO phosphor was synthesized by solid-state sintering method. The powder of CeF3 was doped to study the influence of doping concentration, sintering time, and sintering temperature on the crystal structure, luminescence properties and surface morphologies of ZnO phosphor. The measurements of X-ray diffraction patterns, photoluminescence, and scanning electron microscope were used to evaluate the crystallization, luminescence properties, and surface morphologies of ZnO phosphor, respectively. In photoluminescence measurement, the excitation wavelength was fixed at 325 nm. It was found that the luminescence intensity of ZnO phosphor was related to the change of the sintering properties.
