Abstract :
Based on the analysis on existing research achievements of global value chain governance structure, this article aims to establish characteristics of various global value chain governance structure types, apply fuzzy statistics on assessments of experts on various characteristics in connection with the fuzziness of the characteristic itself, build a model of determination for global value chain government structure by TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation approach based on fuzzy approach degree.
