Abstract
Recently, much attention has been given to the generation and synchronization of chaos for signal encryption. Some implementations have been reported using OTA and conventional operational amplifiers. Here we present a current-mode implementation using simple current integrators, current mirrors, and a current hysteresis element. The current-mode technique allows for fewer components, and thus, a more efficient monolithic implementation
