Abstract :
This paper analysis the causing reasons of the pressure oscillation of the large tonnage crane hoisting system and the AMESim software was being used to set up the simulation model of the whole system which help to analysis the time domain and frequency domain characteristics. The analysis result indicated that the pressure oscillation performance of the hoisting system relates to flow release of the pressure cut off valve of variable displacement motor, dynamic characteristic of the counter balance valve and hydraulic cubage cavity. Experimental results show that the simulation analyses truly reflect the actual working conditions and make the optimization plans and improvements are reasonable and efficient.
