Abstract :
In this study, the ZnO phosphor was synthesized by solid-state sintering method. The powder of Eu2O3 was doped to study the influence of doping concentration, sintering time, and sintering temperature on the crystal structure, luminescence properties and surface morphologies of ZnO phosphor. The measurements of X-ray diffraction patterns, and photoluminescence were used to evaluate the crystallization, and luminescence properties of ZnO phosphor, respectively. Changing the wavelength of the excitation source, we found that both the blue and red luminescence can be obtained. It also reveals that the luminescence properties of ZnO phosphors were strongly influenced by experimental conditions for sample preparation.
