Abstract
In this paper, a design method of Ka-band Wilkinson power divider based on the detail model of real lumped chip resistor is presented, and this model is got from its geometric size and electric property. The structure of this power divider and the formulas used to determine the design parameters have been given. Experimental results show that the insertion loss is about 4.7 dB with return loss below -13 dB, and the isolation between two output ports is better than -25 dB over 28.3 GHz~33.8 GHz.
