Abstract :
In this paper, an original method of facilitating the synchronous generator parameters estimation, is proposed. This new method, based on the IEEE standards, makes the parameters calculation as easy as the data filling. It consists in an interface, the function of which is to allows the user to be free of the design algorithm complexity. The experimental results are very satisfactory and the usefulness of such an interface is presented at the end of the paper.
