Abstract :
The paper first analyzes the disadvantaged position where China is situated in the international iron ore trade negotiations, and then probe into the reasons resulting in the lack of iron ore pricing right from six points of view. Lastly based on analysis above, the paper addresses five suggestions to win over discourse power in international iron ore negotiations.
