Abstract
Model order reduction (MOR) is a powerful tool simulate very large scale system. To integrated circuit system, passive and stability are major criteria. The paper presents the truncation balanced reduction (TBR) which can guarantee passive and stability algorithm based on the Hankel singular parameters. About how to select the truncated states, the paper presents the 102 rule with an example.
