Abstract :
To improve the working efficiency of compressor performance test and the quality of testing data, a PLC control system was designed for the compressor performance test bench. The test bench´s turnon & turnoff, the compressor rotate speed, the air mass flow, can all be controlled accurately by the PLC control system. Compared with the traditional manual testing method, this test & control system improved testing efficiency, and met the requirement of compressor performance test.
