Abstract :
It´s an important way for C-band SAR applied to oceanic monitoring. The AESA based on T/R module has high reliability and become a key research point. Due to the satellite SAR application, the T/R Module needs high-efficiency, low-power, low-mass, low-cost, high amplifier and phase stability. In this paper, a dual-channel C-band T/R module has been developed. In it´s working band, the T/R module provides over 20W output power and has noise figure of 3dB, power added efficiency of over 23%, weight of only 220g.
