Abstract
We observe that the two-wave mixing efficiency in photorefractive AlGaAs/GaAs quantum wells (PRQW) can be controlled by rotating the sample to go from Raman-Nath to the Bragg regime. This has applications in PRQWs like InGaAs/GaAs.
