Abstract
We propose a new add-drop filters based on two dimensional photonic crystals (PCs). The structure consists of two PC waveguides and a resonant cavity system. We devise a triplexing coupler by 2D-FDTD method calculation, and the three wavelengths dropping efficiency are higher than 85% and the crosstalk are smaller than -28.6 dB.
