Abstract :
Nowadays in China, The development of Public Rental Housing (PRH) has become the main content of the construction of Subsidized Housing. Chongqing took the lead in the large-scale construction of PRH and accumulated meaningful experiences in the PRH construction mode and policy measures. This paper explicitly depict the Chongqing PRH construction in its significance, land guarantees, money assurances and etc., and concludes several policy suggestions to the perfection of the PRH construction system, which could be enlightment nationwide.
