Abstract
CuInSe alloys can be electrodeposited in a wide range of controlled composition. Annealing treatments under Se pressure transform these precursor films in large grained CuInSe2 films with electronic properties suitable for solar cells, as shown by photoluminescence, resistivity, Hall effect, XRD and spectral responses measurements. The best CIS/CdS/ZnO cell yielded 6.5% efficiency
