Message from General Chair

The 2012 International Conference on Control Engineering and Communication Technology (ICCECT 2012) provided a high level international forum to bring together industry professionals, academics, and individuals from institutions, industrials and government agencies to exchange information, share achievements, and discuss the advancement in the fields of control science and engineering, mechanic automation, information theory, communication and networking. The ICCECT 2012 conference tends to collect the latest research results and applications on control engineering and communication technologies. It includes a selection of 252 papers from 875 papers submitted to the conference from universities and industries all over the world. All of accepted papers were sbjected to strict peer-reviewing by two to four expert referees. The papers have been selected for this volume because of quality and the relevance to the conference.
