Abstract
A general guide to testing large-scale electronic systems to the requirements of MIL-STD-781C is outlined with particular applications to NEXRAD. This program was governed by the requirements of several reliability-oriented military standards. The major equipment used in this system is considered. The availability requirements for this program are given, as well as the availability equation which utilizes the data gathered from the NEXRAD reliability and maintainability test and evaluation program
