Abstract :
We demonstrate a novel OSNR monitoring technique that is independent of PMD, chromatic dispersion, and noise polarization by using a 1-bit delay interferometer in a 10-Gb/s NRZ-OOK system with OSNR ranging from 5dB to 25dB.
