Abstract :
We experimentally demonstrate spectral efficient transmission of 40Gbps per channel in 50GHz-spaced DWDM exploiting optical carrier suppression and separation technique and optical duobinary modulation with less than 2.0dB power penalties at 10-10 BER and transmission distnces of over 200km.
