Abstract
The properties of a deposited metal layer is quite important for the performance of a flexible amorphous silicon solar cell. The properties of deposited Al, Cr and Mo metal films on polyimide substrate are studied. Among the measured surface roughness, reflectance and stress of these films, the Al/Mo double metal layer has a smooth surface, higher reflectance, and better device performance. The Al/Mo metal film has higher JSC and efficiency than that made by the Al/Cr metal film
