Abstract :
We show that wavelength exchange can theoretically provide 100% conversion efficiency, with 0 dB noise figure (NF). We have demonstrated 99% internal conversion efficiency with 0.06dB NF, and 90% external conversion efficiency, with 2.1dB NF.
