Abstract
There are many failed projects in enterprises, but people ignore many available and effective knowledge resources in failed projects. According to defining the implication and characteristics of knowledge resources of failed projects, we define the contents of knowledge resources of failed projects to value reengineering, and then come up with the chain model of the value Reengineering of Failed Projects Knowledge Resources based on knowledge value chain. Through the study of this model, Failed Projects Knowledge Resources to get recognition and value rebuilding ,enterprises can reduce the waste of resources, creates more interest for the long-term development of the enterprise.
