Abstract :
A novel dual-polarization array antenna based on substrate integrated waveguide(SIW) terminal slot antenna is presented. Unit cell of the array antenna is a T-shaped combination consisted by a couple of substrate integrated waveguide terminal slot antenna, which resulted in higher polarized-isolation and wider bandwidth. The radiation character of the unite cell is also simulated and the manufactured 2×2 array antenna´s return loss is more than 10dB at the range of 13.30-14.41 GHz, and the polarized isolation is more than 60 dB at working band.
