Abstract :
In order to reveal knowledge conversion effect under reciprocal enterprise environment, structural equation modeling (SEM) is used in this paper. By model deduction and model validation, SEM can effectively reveal the incentive function of mutual motivation to mutual behavior as well as the incentive function of reciprocal preferences to knowledge conversion. For illustration, 300 questionnaires were distributed among senior management in enterprises. 276 questionnaires returned, and survey data had the higher reliability. The empirical results show that three paths (ξ1 → η 1, ξ 1 → η 4, ξ 2 → η 3) were the lack of significant coefficients. The model was well fitted without the need for model updating. The empirical research has revealed that the reciprocal corporate culture will strengthen and improve mutual knowledge conversion efficiency.
