Abstract :
This paper describes a secondary calibration method for determining the absolute spectral responsivity of photovoltaic cells. The test facility uses the reference cell method for determination of the relative responsivity. Using the known absolute responsivity data of the reference cell, the absolute spectral responsivity of the test cell is calculated. The whole measurement is controlled by a PC
