Abstract :
On the base of real experiments and theoretical analysis, in order to solve the problems of friction coefficient computing existing in rolling parametes computing system, such as low prediction precision in unstably rolling. a new friction coefficient mechanism model that was adapt to the rolling unstably was built. The friction coefficient computing method was mainly studied especially when rolling speed changed greatly. Firstly the influence factors on the friction coefficient model were studied, the cycle computing method for friction coefficient was deduced, then the ration connection between friction coefficient and speed changing was confirmed. Finally the friction coefficient mechanism model for unstably rolling and the compensation computing method of rolling pressure were deduced with the friction coefficient model. These model and computing method were used in a cold rolling and the real experiments showed that the rolling stable and the precision of thickness controling were greatly improved.
