Abstract :
To achieve the goal that in 2020 the carbon dioxide emissions per unit of GDP in China dropped to 40% ~ 45% of that in 2005, it is necessary to make full use of the clean and renewable energy, develop distributed generation technology and realize low carbon dispatch. According to the characteristics of wind turbine and photovoltaic, a novel model of low carbon dispatch of distribution network containing Microgrid was presented which considering different greenhouse gas emission level and generation cost of various distributed generation. At last, using chaotic ant swarm algorithm, the simulation results show the correctness and validity of the model considering different price of CO2 emission.
