Abstract
How to rapidly capture the wanted video data at the sea video database is the currently hot research topic. This paper put forward to an algorithm based on artificial intelligence for video retrieval; the results of experiment had been given and compared with key frame-based video retrieval (KFVR). The retrieval precision of our algorithm is higher than KFVR about 4%.
