Abstract
We demonstrate a compact all-fiber Fizeau OCT system and theoretically analyze sensitivity optimization in unbalanced and balanced detection. Interestingly, our analysis predicts existence of unusually high beat noise in Fizeau OCT as compared to the conventional OCT.
