Abstract :
With the help of learning environment created by virtual reality technology as a carrier, considering the characteristics of engineering hydrology education, this paper proposes to establish a learning content management system of engineering hydrology courses, advocates to organize and implement teaching and assessment process in the system and explores the role of virtual reality technology in cultivating higher water vocational talents.
