  • Abstract
    In this paper, a based-PWM booster circuit is proposed to drive the traveling wave rotary ultrasonic motor(TRUSM) according to its operating principle. The design, the simulation and the analysis of the various parts of the drive circuit were studied in detail, the simulation results have shown that the proposed design circuit is valid and stable, which is suitable for the drive power requirements of ultrasonic motor.
