Abstract :
This paper presents two new design techniques for adaptive equalizers based on a constant modulus error criterion: (1) the fast quasi-Newton CMA and (2) the conjugate gradient CMA. The algorithms for these new equalization techniques are summarized and their performance is demonstrated through computer simulation
