Abstract :
After the occurrence of grid emergency, fast and accurate evaluation of harmful levels of the incident and identification of disaster-level are the basis for activate contingency plans, reasonable allocation of resources and thus crisis management. Combined with the practical, the paper sets up grading evaluation index system of power emergency from the power grid losses, the user lossed and accident recovery three aspects, determines the weight of each index through AHP method, established grading evaluation index system of power emergency based on D-S evidence theory. Finally empirical analysis shows the scientific, rational and practical of the model.
