  • Abstract
    Based on needs of health management, and the earlier period of research work about personalized energy consumption model, this thesis presented the design and analysis of personalized health management service system. The system framework was divided into six layers: the operating system and hardware layer, middleware and database layer, application layer, portal layer and client layer. It can achieve the following functions: customer´s information management, health education, health diagnosis, health program development, health programs implementation, health secretarial services, etc. On the basis of the system design, this thesis gave a case of system developed in Zhi Kang International Health Management Company. It has been found that the personalized health management system was not only able to improve the participation´s enthusiasm and initiative, but also to play an important role in the entire health management services process.
