Abstract :
Multimedia network technology is an integral part of to improve the efficiency of teaching, to stimulate students´ interest, to cultivate student´s innovation capability, to broaden the area of student learning. This paper discussed the relationship between multimedia technology and physical education, and the importance of the application of multimedia technology in physical education. The paper also investigated ideas and total requirements of multimedia courseware design and preparation, and analyzed the deficiencies of courseware design and the corresponding improvement measures.
