Abstract :
In the economic globalization background, the scope of foreign direct investment (FDI) is more and more bigger, and the economic impact on countries and regions is more and more far reaching. Therefore, the environmental evaluation of foreign direct investment has become a very important topic, but existing environment evaluation method of foreign direct investment is very hard to unify objective factors and subjective factors, which causes a lot of evaluation results appear deviation. In order to solve this problem, scholars introduced a advanced tools unascertained theory. Based on the basis of ancestors´ research, this article expatiated how to apply unascertained theory to the environmental evaluation of foreign direct investment, and it emphatically introduced the operation process of this method, and take four eastern city (shenzhen, suzhou, hangzhou, Shanghai) as example for practical application.
