  • Abstract
The control valve exists the vibration and the response lag of implementing agency in practical work, the problem can be separately solved by vibration control and friction compensation which bases on the dither effect. In this paper, the issues are together solved by using the Extended Turned Mass Damper (ETMD), the ETMD vibration damping systems not only control the vibration, but also generate dither effect to friction compensation. The mechanism is analyzed. The effectiveness is simulated and analyzed at the same time. The results show that using the ETMD system in the control valve may realize antivibration and cause dither effect for the friction compensation, and the effect is remarkable.
