Abstract
In order to meet the requirements for future automotive radar sensors, considerable advances in MMW-technologies have to be achieved. This applies to innovative high resolution antennas as well as to affordable T/R-modules with high efficiency, sensitivity, and dynamic range. These system aspects for future generations of automotive radar sensors will be addressed and discussed on the basis of detailed theoretical and experimental investigations.
