Abstract :
The Aiming at the underwater equipment whose power supply is battery, a real-time long distance maintenance work is very necessary for the battery. To keep a close watch on the battery, a monitoring system for underwater battery power based on coupled communication chain is presented in this paper. The system selects voltage as the monitoring parameter, gathers and processes the battery power of the working sensor devices, it is linked to CAN bus to join in the sensor network, thus achieving real-time monitoring in land data centre by the transmission of coupled communication. The repeated experiments show that the maximum relative error is less than 0.7%. The system is in favor of remote operation and online monitoring, it greatly expands the quantity and scope of the battery detection technology.
