Abstract
The paper deals with analysis of instantaneous components of instantaneous power in sinusoidal circuits. It shows that these components do not project adequately actual physical phenomena they are believed to project. Particularly it shows that actual amount of energy oscillating between load and source is different from that which can be determined applying the concept of instantaneous reactive power. Formulae are given
