  • Abstract
    Vehicle which is provided with power split Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) drive system has been taken as entire car model in this paper, kinetics modeling and simulation analysis of the vehicle has been made progress. Dynamic response of the vehicle has been analyzed based on the wheel rolling resistance, air friction and grade resistance had been considered as total resistance of car driving wheel. Dynamic response relationship of the system speed ratio, CVT ratio and vehicle speed has been obtained. Reference of further research design and control strategy for this type of vehicle could be provided by the results.
